Hotel location is good but the hotel overall is an average hotel not a 5 star maybe a 3 star or similar. Didn’t had a chance to had breakfast so can’t comment on the food

Was disappointed to the see the condition of room - wooden tiles chipped, broken flush switch and toilet seat, lack of basic amenities like bath slippers. Breakfast room was poorly managed - no one gate management which led to guests coming in after 1030 and food ran out for guests who were seated well before. The team is good with old staff who work with a great attitude to help resolve things. But the place will benefit from good leadership, supervision and support. Over all i felt over charged at five star rates when the room and service were not reflective of that standard.

The hotel front desk first said that the system doesn't have booking and offered lower category club room. Then after immense distress and argument and efforts they gave a suite room. Pathetic response

Over rated hotel. Room wasn't spacious. Front office staffs were unprofessional and careless. Swimming pool timing was 7am to 5pm, and it was over crowded. We paid almost 7000 rupees per room and not even slightly worth it. Over rated hotel. Room was congested. Front office staffs were unprofessional and ill-mannered, especially male staffs. They were not helpful when we ask for some helps. We paid 6600 rupees per day for room and it was not even near for satisfaction. Swimming pool timing was 7am to 5pm and over crowded. But, breakfast was good and have varieties.
